Skanstes Virsotnes is one of the most modern residential construction projects in Riga, Latvia.
The complex was built between 2008 and 2012, and it contains 492 homes in four 24-storey residential buildings, as well as a car park building for around 500 cars. A roof garden has been built on top of the car park, replete with playgrounds solely for the use of residents.
