A connecting “street” corridor was created between separate properties, and the shared services of the multitenant building, such as the restaurant and meeting rooms, were arranged along the street. Minor repairs and a face-lift were conducted on the buildings’ façades, and the yard decks were modernised and landscaped. The office premises in buildings 6 and 8 were modernised to create adaptable multispace concepts. Special attention was paid to the appearance of the “street” corridor and the interior designs of the lobbies to ensure that they were as light as possible with a good atmosphere. Embedded lights were specifically designed for the suspended ceilings on the site, and the colour of the light can be varied throughout the day.
