Our high-quality and functional architecture is genuinely focused on the end user- needs. Our participative approach to design enables better understanding of the customers’ and eventual end- user needs, resulting into functional, yet comfortable buildings and built environments.

We consider the built environment as a whole to understand the aims of our customers´, their business processes and requirements for the building. BIM is applied on all our projects to ensure quality and cost-efficiency on the design.

Teknos Oy
KVA designed a technology and training centre at Teknos Group’s plant in Rajamäki. The light and spacious premises contain cutting-edge robotics and technology.

DB Schenker
DB Schenker’s new offices for Greater Helsinki are located in Viinikkala, Vantaa, next to Helsinki Airport. The land transport centre’s functions have been centralised in Viinikkala, along with DB Schenker’s Finnish headquarters.
