Architectural design

Architectural design is part of KVA Architects Ltd's core area of expertise. Nowadays we carry out all our new projects through modelling, and actively develop building information modelling skills in our office. Thanks to conceptual images, our customers are given a realistic picture of the design. We always aim to produce design solutions that take our customers' processes, targets and future ideas for development into account.

Project design and development

If necessary, we participate in the development work of a project right from the starting period. We compile analyses of space requirements and building space guides.  We can also by need draw up a project plan for the site, and are happy to participate in both city planning projects and land use development projects.

Building Management

We offer our customers building management services for their sites undergoing modification, renovation and redevelopment as well as in smaller new building projects.

Interior design

Our office contains an expanding interior design department which works in close cooperation with our workplace management services. We focus especially on acoustically functional and innovative workplace solutions.

Workplace management services

MyWorkPlace is a working environment, office space and office space concept development service for real estate owners and organisations working in real estate, which has been developed in connection with several companies specialising in business management, organisational renewal, information technology and brand expertise.

Exporting design

We have invested in the Russian construction markets throughout our entire operating history, and have special knowledge and experience with local construction methods and norms. KVA Architects have participated in the design of significant construction projects in the commercial, industrial and logistics sectors, among others. We actively strive to continuously strengthen our skills on Russia's developing design markets.
